You’ve officially been assigned to Camp Forward for the first-ever Forward Summit, and we could not be more excited to build this experience with you.
Below is everything you need to know before wheels up.
What is Camp Forward
Camp Forward is an immersive, in-person summit for Grasshopper Group teammates and invited guests.
This is not a traditional conference.
It’s designed to create connection, spark growth, and build shared experiences through meaningful sessions, collaboration, and a little healthy competition.
This summit is about people first.
Not perfection.
Not presentations.
Real connection.
Travel &
Transportation
Private transportation is provided for all attendees:
- Airport → Resort
- Resort → Airport
Transportation details will be shared the week of the event.
Check-in
Friday at 4:00 PM
- The resort will happily hold your luggage if you arrive early so you can explore and enjoy the property
- If villas become available earlier, we'll get you in sooner

What to Wear
Authentic > Perfect
This is not a fashion show. This is summer camp energy with elevated beach vibes.
Dress as your most authentic self — comfortable, confident, and ready to engage.
- Swimwear
- Comfortable shoes (lots of walking and activities)
- Sunglasses and sunscreen
- Curiosity, humor, and a willingness to have the time of your life
Guests are welcome to breakfast and lunch in the Magnolia Mess Hall.
While campers are in sessions from 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM, guests are invited to enjoy:
Private Blue Hole cabanas in the Lagoon
(10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
All other resort amenities remain open to guests.
